I guess you might say that Center State Craftsmen isn’t a blogger. You’re 100% correct. However, sometimes there’s something on our hearts to blog about. (If you can’t tell, this blog will most likely be coming from me (Amy), since this is more my jam anyway. This season is what we are calling our “Grateful Season.” Why are we calling it this? Life and work are both better when a person is grateful.
This is where we get a little sappy.
My husband and I both came from northern-central Pennsylvania. My husband Ben has 2 wonderful parents. His dad is a hard working logger and his mom raises organic chickens. My dad was a maintenance supervisor at a coal plant and my mom had a daycare business, which she operated out of our home. We both experienced the opportunity of watching our parents add to making life better for us, with work ethics that were very strongly rooted. Both of our parents had some similarities. They always counted their blessings. This outlook we both learned from early on.
Maybe this particular blog is for you to simply know that we care. We care about the work we do, the people that we cross paths with and the follow through our interaction with people on the daily.
It’s a good day to be grateful!
