Derek’s original garage couldn’t fit his truck, let alone serve as a space for his car collection. He wanted a bigger garage to display his high-end vehicles while extending his primary suite into a step-down lounge. Challenges during the project included setting a 38-foot triple LVL beam, maintaining a clean and safe site for his two young boys, and ensuring the design met his creative vision.
Center State Craftsmen brought Derek’s vision to life by designing a garage that was as stylish as it was functional. The vaulted ceilings and cedar beams added architectural interest, while the epoxy flooring provided durability and shine. Spray foam insulation and climate control ensured the space stayed comfortable year-round. The glass garage doors and industrial-inspired feature wall completed the look, making the space perfect for displaying cars and hosting guests.
