Ben and Amy Wright didn’t take the traditional path into homebuilding. Ben’s journey began in flooring before joining the vibrant Nashville music scene, where he and Amy toured with bands and embraced the city’s creative culture. After years on the road, they turned their creativity and drive toward transforming outdated houses into beautiful homes.
Starting with flipping houses in 2012, they lived in and renovated homes, moving every two years and perfecting their craft. What began as a personal venture evolved into a thriving business. With new builds, countless renovations, and multiple home additions completed, Center State Craftsmen is built on the belief that every project should improve the homeowner’s future.

Ben and Amy believe in using their success to make a lasting impact. Through their involvement with Mission of Truth, they help support trauma therapy, medical care, and career advancement for children in Haiti—empowering them with opportunities like nursing school or truck driving programs to build a better future.
Mission of Truth is also active here in the U.S., working to protect vulnerable individuals and communities from human trafficking. The organization partners with law enforcement by sharing critical resources, protocols, and insights into trafficking patterns and victim behavior. This collaboration helps improve intervention efforts and ensures survivors receive the advocacy and recovery support they need.
Ben proudly serves on the organization’s Board of Directors, offering leadership and hands-on support to further its mission. A percentage of every project’s profits directly supports this vital work—locally and globally.
